This is a great hill workout that I did this evening with Jim Peterson. You start at the corner as shown on the map (across from the Fran Rish Stadium parking lot.) From there you run west till you are about even with the 4th tree. There you angle to the southwest up the hill to the pavement and then on up the rest of the hill to the parking lot. West on the south end of the parking lot then on the grass along the street going north. At the reader board you turn right and go down the hill through the gate. After you go through the gate you angle to the right and down the hill through the trees and to the right of the rusty scoreboard so that you run behind the baseball dugout. Take a left and go behind the other dugout and then angle to the end of the practice field. When you get to the southeast corner of the practice field you have finished one 1500 meter interval. Jog easily to the start and repeat. Activity
Forgot to start my watch for the first loop so add 1 loop to the total (about 1.04 miles).
